3-Day Couples Intensive

Break the Cycle. Rebuild the Bond. Rekindle Connection.

Even strong relationships get stuck. When conflict becomes a loop, connection fades, and old wounds show up again and again—it’s time to pause, reset, and begin again with new tools and deeper understanding.

The Unstuck Therapy 3-Day Couples Intensive is a private, personalized experience for couples who want to stop repeating painful patterns and start building a safer, stronger relationship—together.

This is for couples who:

  • Feel like roommates instead of romantic partners

  • Keep having the same argument without resolution

  • Love each other but can’t seem to communicate

  • Want to understand why they trigger one another

  • Are in crisis—or simply want to reconnect and prevent one

What to Expect

Across three immersive days, you and your partner will work with a licensed therapist trained in emotionally focused, attachment-based, and experiential therapy. Together, you’ll:

  • Discover how early attachment experiences impact your bond today

  • Identify the negative cycles you get stuck in—and learn how to shift them

  • Learn to speak and listen in ways that promote safety, clarity, and closeness

  • Rebuild emotional, physical, and spiritual intimacy (on your terms)

This is deep, accelerated work—more than a communication workshop. It’s a guided return to each other.

The intensive may include:

  • Attachment style exploration

  • Negative interaction cycle mapping

  • Real-time conflict repair sessions

  • Individual and joint reflection exercises

  • Connection-building practices

  • Integration plan to take home

Why Three Days?

Because real change takes time—and space. A weekend intensive removes the pressure of daily life and gives you both the presence, privacy, and professional support to go deeper. Couples often tell us, “We’ve never felt this close before.”
